Requesting Access
Access to the systems listed below is administered by the Office of the University Registrar. To obtain access for yourself or another administrator, please contact your area Area Dean of Students Office and/or supervisor. Academic unit super users can find the Staff Member Access Request form in the Student Services WorkCenter in my.UChicago.

Academic Information System (my.UChicago)
AIS, or my.UChicago, is the University of Chicago’s central academic information system containing student records, billing, course information and registration, grades, transcripts, and more.
Classroom Scheduling System
The Classroom Scheduling System is used by the University Registrar, academic units, and administrative departments to schedule teaching, administrative, and event spaces. Administrators who have access to the application can schedule non-course activities in rooms assigned to the department by the Office of the Provost and submit requests to the Office of the University Registrar for the use of centrally scheduled classrooms for classes, meetings, exams, and other events.
Faculty Access
Faculty Access is a suite of online tools specifically designed for faculty and instructors of record who are teaching courses in any given quarter. Some functionality includes the ability to: view rosters for all courses taught or in progress, send a message to all students enrolled in a course, generate a photo roster, opt-out or add custom questions to the Course Feedback form for College courses, and submit grades.
Student Verification Tool
The Student Verification System allows administrators, depending on their level of access, the ability to look up contact and directory information about University of Chicago Students.
