Registering for an Approved Course

  1. Log-in to my.UChicago and click on the My Classes link.

The link to My Classes is the 2nd option in the quick links menu found on the right hand side of the student homepage

2. Click on the My Planned Classes tab on the left. Find the approved course that you want to register for and click the CLAIM button.

Click on the CLAIM button found on the lower right hand corner of the section offering.

3. Click YES in the pop-up message to confirm.In the pop-up menu, click on the YES (left side) option to approve the transaction. No is on the right if you want to cancel the transaction.

4. A blue confirmation message will pop-up across the top of the screen to indicate that you were successfully enrolled in the class. The status of the course in My Planned Classes tab will switch to Claimed and the counter on the My Classes tab will increase by one.A blue confirmation message will pop-up across the top of the screen to indicate that you were successfully enrolled in the class section.
