My Planner Department Feedback Form

This form is created for the purpose of department users of My Planner to submit any kind of feedback, which may include: issues with audit accuracy, technical issues with the platform, major/minor requirement updates, suggestions for general improvement, clarification questions about the build, and more.

Please be as descriptive as possible. If you are reporting an issue, always include the name of the student whose audit you were looking at. When sending courses to add to the build, please include the subject code per course (like: ENGL 10100, ENGL 10200, ENGL 10300) rather than only once (like: ENGL 10100, 10200, 10300).
